Real Life Models?[edit]

Maybe there are legal questions involved, but a lot of users might be interested in just who the real-life models for these characters are. I'm sure somebody could handle the topic with the needed amount of care and circumspection. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.174.104.9 (talk) 20:34, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Merge[edit]

As per discussion here I have tagged this page for a potential merge.--Opark 77 00:45, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Per the other discussion - Not going to merge due to length of articles. --ShakataGaNai (talk) 01:09, 27 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

removed unverified tag from nerese campbell[edit]

And her link to real life politician Sheila Dixon. It would be one thing if it were being claimed that she was the inspiration for the character, that I would agree would need a cite. It only states that there are similarities between Dixon and Campbell's character, which is quite obviously true.On Thermonuclear War (talk) 22:13, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

But is original research unless backed by a citation - hence the requirement for a source and why I have restored the tag.--Opark 77 (talk) 22:22, 3 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Theresa D'Agostino[edit]

The part about the relationship between her and McNulty souring is framed as if it's mostly McNulty's fault for having a "lack of culture." However, it's quite apparent that D'Agostino was pretty self-centered and snobbish, focusing on her career and political prospects and keeping her personal relationships on a superficial (non-intimate) level. Although this is somewhat expressed, I would hardly say a person has a "lack of culture" because of not having a college degree and not being very concerned about politics. 71.93.120.216 (talk) 16:39, 16 July 2015 (UTC)TheWireFan[reply]
