Population growth[edit]

I'm pulling this entry: "Population reached 4,877 by 1998, and is expected to top 10,000 by the year 2013 at present growth rates."

First, 1998 is not an official US Census year; only the decadal census is appropriate for encyclopedic use, unless a published peer-reviewed demographic article is found and cited. Second, the ten year growth rate is from 4,167 to 4,426, a difference of 259 or 5.8%. There is no way the 2011-2013 growth rate will be at 55.7% (from 4,426 to 10,000).

Third, the [citation needed] challenge was issued a while ago (April 2010), time for the non-factual opinion to be removed. —Aladdin Sane (talk) 20:11, 14 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
