The criteria for speedy deletion of this article stated as

"An article about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate the importance or significance of the subject"

The fact that the criterion exist and can be applied to new articles does not means that it should be applied to every new article.

Pyxis corporation company was a company used by hundred of Hospitals since 1990, and it was sold in 1996 by almost 1 billion dollars, and in 2014 the new company that developed its products, CareFusion, was bought by 12 billions.

There is nothing here that was not in CareFusion or in Automated dispensing cabinet. I have redirected this to the CareFusion page, as that is where the business stuff is. We don't need to have the same content in a bunch of places.
