Multiple Issues with Vulnerabilities Section[edit]

The vulnerabilities section has multiple problems and needs significant revision. Statements like "the company does not usually react to [vulnerabilities] in a rapid manner" and "The company did nothing for the users" seem inflammatory and not in line with WP:NPOV. The references cited describe significant vulnerabilities that have caused data loss and some of them are critical of the company's response to some vulnerability reports (e.g. [1]), but they do not address the issue of the company's "usual" response. Other claims made in the section are not supported by the references cited. (e.g. current text claims losses of "more than $300,000", but the linked reference ([2]) only supports "almost $260,000" in losses.) The section also needs some grammar cleanup. Thanks for flagging this. I have revised the section and hope it is ok now. I have removed the section tags. Tacyarg (talk) 20:14, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
