Please give us evidence for saying it is incorrect that rebound ace gets sticky with high temperatures before deleting this information. Thanks, Mabuimo 20:28, 1 February 2006 (UTC)mabuimo[reply]

Well, apart from personal experience, do you have any references that say that it gets sticky in high temperatures? It must not be that bad of a problem if they continue to use it at one of the world's four grand slam events.

Simply changing the line from "it gets sticky" to "many players argue that it gets sticky" doesn't work very well, either. Which players are saying it gets sticky? Are they pros? Who has gotten injured? Dan McCarty 03:58, 9 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It remains a fairly controversial issue every time the Australian Open comes around, with a few players complaining about the surface every year, and tournament officials defending it. I added a cite to an article from 2002 - I'm sure there are more recent ones if someone wants to spend more than 30 seconds on Google finding one. lesmana 19:51, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
