undiagnosed neurological problems

Most if not all the children had what appeared to be undiagnosed neurological problems that isc treatable. Jail is hardly a cure! Unfortunately the list of complications for non treatment all start with the letter "D". Divorce, school Drop=out, Drugs, Disaster, Drinking alcohol, Depressoion,Delinquency,Driving accidents abd Death .
