Margery Mortimer[edit]

Please refer to Douglas Richardson, Kimball G. Everingham. Magna Carta ancestry: a study in colonial and medieval families, Genealogical Publishing Com, 2005. pg 831. Google eBook. There is no Margery Mortimer listed as a wife of John Tuchet or mother of John Tuchet, 4th Baron Audley. Please check sources when adding info. Thank you. -- Lady Meg (talk) 07:02, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Blazon[edit]

In the golden chief of the shield of the coat of arms in the illustration it shows two blue pallets on the gold. The caption for the arms has it correct. In the article's text there is the statement "Heraldic coat of arms:" and a statement that the number of golden pallets is three, not two, which is wrong. Please LOOK at the illustration, and count. Also the caption of the illustration gives the color of the blue things in the gold chief as "of the second" (i.e. azure, i.e. blue, just as "of the first" means "or" i.e. gold, since gold is the first color mentioned and blue is the 2nd color mentioned) rather than "based on the second". Why would we write this as "based on the second" instead of "of the second"?2604:2000:C6AA:B400:1D38:73A9:69D2:E52E (talk) 08:39, 10 July 2015 (UTC)Christopher L. Simpson[reply]
