I don't know who started this article. Most probably is a/was student in SJK(C) Taman Connaught. I am literated in Chinese, English and Malay, so I will try to translate this article. I found this article on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Pages_needing_translation#.E5.85.A8.E5.AE.8C.E4.B8.AD.E5.AD.B8 . I think this article is started due to political status of government chinese primary school( SJK(C) ) in Malaysia. Chinese primary schools are restricted to be constructed, therefore the chinese community really apprecaiate if there is any NEW government chinese primary school.
