Squat funnels?[edit]

Does anyone know of a free photo of Columbus showing the squat funnels that she was fitted with in the later years of her career? I can produce a fair-use one from a book that I have, but would much prefer to have a free one if possible... SchuminWeb (Talk) 03:21, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

German escapees were recaptured[edit]

According to the article on the Asama Maru the German seamen who had escaped the U.S. wound up getting recaptured off the Japanese vessel.Historian932 (talk) 01:25, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Location of the ship, and exploration of wreck[edit]

What are the coordinates, latitude and longitude, for SS Columbus? Usually sunken wrecks coordinates are posted at Wikipedia. Has there been an expedition to dive and film this wreck.Koplimek (talk) 18:45, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
