Cleanup and confirmation needed[edit]

WP:CITE problem throughout, compounding the MOS:REALTIME, MOS:WEASEL, When?, and WP:POV problems. The closest thing to confirmation of any statement in this article is an External link to the archived image of the cover of a report, about fish, with no access to anything in the report.

MOS:REALTIME on statement from 2006 that "the city is now converting" its water supply. Still converting? Cancelled the project? All done?

MOS:WEASEL and When?, combined, on "Previously, there had been talk".

WP:POV on "which is impractically located ... over a winding, steep road". Jmg38 (talk) 04:20, 9 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
