Untitled[edit]

Is there any point in mentioning that Libby was hours away from his scheduled appearance at prison, and that he had already been assigned a number; '28301016'. It was at this very last moment that the commutation took place. It might be a very apropriate addition. Any opinions one way or another? Rawkcuf (talk) 16:34, 5 July 2008 (UTC)Rawkcuf.[reply]

Focus and depth[edit]

This article appears unusual in several respects. While it purports to cover the clemency controversy, it appears to really just be a description of a congressional hearing. Rather than summarizing the hearing, it includes extenisve quotations. And it includes the full membership of the committee. Either the article should be substanitlly re-written, or the name should be changfed to match the content, something like, "The Use and Misuse of Presidential Clemency Power for Executive Branch Officials" or "Lewis Libby clemency hearing".   Will Beback  talk  06:36, 2 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
