Article Needs Some Reformating[edit]

This looks like a paper was uploaded. The information is serviceable, there have been a number of useful contributions since its creation, and the page gets 10 or so hits a day, but the all caps formatting is awful. Visually obtrusive, also strange to being citing the caption of a figure without presenting the figure. I'll change them all to sentence case, but some very well should be removed. GOCE Reviewed[edit]

This article was tagged citing "editorial notes and article captions that suggest future work, but it's been years-dormant." This is not what copy editing is. We do not do additional work on articles; We edit existing work for spelling, tone, and grammar. We are not concerned with finding figures and information for articles. Tag removed.
