This is not the Clerk of the Parliaments![edit]

Hansard states the following: ‘Her Majesty had been pleased to appoint, by Her Letters Patent dated the 26th day of December last, Henry Graham, Esquire, to the office of Clerk of the Parliaments, vacant by the death of Sir William Rose K.C.B., the late Clerk of the Parliaments’

This is January 1886, while the subject of this article died in October 1902. Therefore we just have two people with the same name.--The Theosophist (talk) 00:36, 23 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
