Which is it?

A U.S. LLC and a British Limited Company are not similar at all, so it is not possible for an SAS to be similar to both. A U.S. LLC is structured similar to a U.K. LLP, and does not issue stock, whereas a U.K. Limited Company issues stock, similar to a U.S. Corporation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TejanAusland (talkcontribs) 15:41, 14 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
