Suggestions for improving this article[edit]

This article needs to be expanded as it only includes a few sentences about this group. Some information needs to be updated (Wikipedia reports it has about 4500 members, the SPSP website reports about 7000). This article should have information about the convention it hosts every year (i.e. what kind of research is presented, and the various locations of where it is held). A list could also be completed of the current president and the committee. Information about becoming a member and what benefits are associated with membership would be helpful. This article can also expand on the journals listed (PSPB, PSPR, SPPS).
