One of the source links is broken. I found a new location of the missing content, an article that was published in California Law Review, elsewhere on Berkeley's website but I don't know whether the citation should point directly to a 1.19 MB pdf or to the Berkeley Law Library Catalog URL from which you can see metadata and download the pdf.
