A couple more citations needed[edit]

I've added some more content and refs and removed the BLP sources tag. I think there is probably a lot more available in paper sources, especially about Phoenix's activism in the 1980s and 1990s. I cannot find a source for either her title of Reverend in the Methodist Church or the Guyanese Medal of Service - there is coverage of the latter but it mostly looks as if it is repeated from Wikipedia.
