Did You Know
A fact from this article appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the "Did you know?" column on January 9, 2009.
The text of the entry was: Did you know ... that, when writing about a homicide case in the Dexter episode "The Dark Defender", Timothy Schlattmann was inspired by a snow globe on his desk which he believed "could easily be a murder weapon"?

Source[edit]

Film Quarterly published an article by J. M. Tyree (Stanford University) last year featuring a juicy comparison between Dexter and Batman that you might want to work into this article:

I can't access the article (... "An Error Occurred Setting Your User Cookie") but I can read the first page through the DOI link and couldn't see anything relevant to this episode. It'd be great, though, if you added in (or just noted here) anything else you deem relevant if you do have access the whole article. Thanks! —97198 (talk) 01:56, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Try it without the cookie string: [1] I've added the full relevant paragraph but as it's unlikely that it qualifies as a fair use quote, you may have to whittle it down a bit. Bradley0110 (talk) 16:17, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
