Release history

[edit]

I don't believe that the album was released in North America. Really don't like relying on Amazon to gather release dates, but both Amazon US and Amazon Canada have it listed as an import. Any Decent Music? listed it as 20 September, but they also cooked review numbers to come up with their ADM rating, so that's funny. The ref that notes the New Zealand release date as 12 September is correct, and can be verified by a post on the Shock Records NZ facebook page. There is most likely other EU countries that it was released in, so the table is undoubtedly not all-encompassing.

Also, Shock Records, Indigo Music P&D, Essential Music and Manufacturing, and any other companies involved were merely distribution labels for the album, not record labels Howling Bells were signed to. Mattchewbaca (meow) 02:26, 2 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Critical response

[edit]

Out of forty-nine reviews for the album, most of which are not included at Wikipedia, thirty-two were favourable and seventeen were unfavourable. Basically a ratio of 2:1. It seems fair to correctly categorize the release as mostly favourable as opposed to mixed. Therefore, it has been changed. Mattchewbaca (meow)
