Hrm. ... Cultures, surely, as well as species- in the part of the film I've seen (... it's been a long day. Will see the rest later... ) in fact only our study of other cultures, anthropology, not of other (non-human) species seems to be being mocked at any length (equation of terms like Great Warrior with a club bouncer, for instance...- pretty definitely a crack at anthropology...)
