[edit]This term is relevant to the theory behind how electric pianos work. It needs to be expanded. Zyxoas (talk to me - I'll listen) 18:04, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Until Wik-tionary actually catches on, I think leaving more obscure words in Wikipedia is more convenient and accessible for the individuals looking for them. I think it would hurt both Wikipedia and Wik-tionary by removing words like this before people catch on, because they are more likely to simply do away with them, rather than actually hunt for what they are looking for. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.48.51.154 (talk) 17:11, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
wiktionary
[edit]Personally found the version by ArnoldReinhold more useful than the wiktionary entry. Room for both I think. The article should not focus only physical descriptions however, but on functionality also. I was led here due to the term's usage in botany. Some persons like to think of objects in terms of dictionary entries, I believe, and others in terms of encyclopedia articles. May be somewhat restrictive to limit this structure to dictionaries.
