Misspelled title[edit]

IMO, the article should be about the food tofurkey (with an "e"), and mention the trademarked Tofurky brand in one section. tofurkey gets more Google hits, and not all wikipedia mentions of tofurkey (such as the previous version of Ultimate Wolverine Vs.
