On Our Way Up(2001)
[edit]On Tom Johnston's page as well as The Doobie Brothers' page it refers to an album called On Our Way Up(2001). On The Doobie Brothers' official Website there is no mention of this album. When I asked about it, the people there in the sales department didn't know about it. All their albums are otherwise mentioned on this Website with links for each album with their respective details. Anyone know anything about this album? Peter Jensen July 16, 2006.
The album "On Our Way Up" I have learned since my last comments as being an unauthorized release of early Doobie Brothers demos from 1970. As such I think it shouldn't be included and I am therefore removing it from the list. It's a bootleg in other words.--Peter Jensen 04:47, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
Pic and Tat
[edit]Who ist this on the pic, a man with a moustache and a guitar not really visible? I remember Johnston wearing a tattooo with "We're all Doobie Brothers" on his arm? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 77.185.207.162 (talk) 19:06, 4 April 2009 (UTC)
Pic was documented as to location, event, subject and date in Wikimedia Commons. It was the last remaining pic after a number of them had been removed, with no talk action cited. Pics have been replaced with newer and more context specific ones with WikiMedia Commons rights releases.Dodger27 (talk) 05:40, 3 September 2013 (UTC)
Health Challenges
[edit]A specific claim as to what was constituted "health challenges" was inserted, without any documentation or authorative reference. While articles which are of an air of neutrality can remain until documentation is later provided, specifics which directly contradict what the subject has cited himself and appear to be purposely pejorative, need to be reference cited from an authority before it can be inserted as fact. Claim by way of link removed until then.Dodger27 (talk) 05:31, 3 September 2013 (UTC)
