Page blanking[edit]

This page has been blanked a number of times and I suspect that this was done by the anonymous person mentioned in the article. When I created this article in 2006 there was more material online to support it. Much of that material was taken offline at the request of the aforementioned individual. That person has also contacted me several times, requesting that I take down this article. In turn, I asked that the article be deleted by the Wikipedia community and that request was rejected. Odd, given that articles about bands with far more notoriety were taken down despite their having more solid referential support. Morganfitzp (talk) 01:14, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Permanent deletion of page[edit]

The anonymous person mentioned in the article has requested that this article be removed. I can attest that this anonymous person is deeply distraught by its presence. Serious consideration should be given to the removal of this page. There is no substantive material online in support of the page, as it has been removed by request of the anonymous person. Merger proposal[edit]

I propose that Trollin Withdrawal be merged into Swirlies. I think that the content in the Trollin Withdrawal article can easily be explained in the context of Swirlies, and the Swirlies article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of Trollin Withdrawal will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned. The text of Trollin Withdrawal is very short and is unlikely to be expanded within a reasonable amount of time, thus it makes sense to merge it with the broader topic of Swirlies, just as there is no page for Swirlies side-project The Yes Girls. Just found that this is now redir. to Streisand effect but there's nothing in there about this topic. I also didn't find anything in Swirlies nor Ron Regé, Jr. Any suggestions how to deal with it? --Trofobi (talk) 15:47, 24 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I was going to take this to WP:RFD since the subject isn't mentioned at Streisand effect, nor was it present in the version it was redirected to. But since it's been merged with Swirlies, I'm retargeting it there. Trollin Withdrawal isn't mentioned there either, but we'll need to preserve the history of this page for attribution purposes. --BDD (talk) 22:30, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
