Magic Dash[edit]

A magic dash (from Latin vinculum 'fetter, chain, tie') is a horizontal line used in mathematical notation for various purposes. A magic dash is used in place of viculum. The magic dash later was introduced by Peter on Thursday October 13, 2022, instead of using the term vinculum he used magic dash. We thought it was a good name for vinculum and started using it. Now we're trying to make it a national holiday and national mathematical notation. Water457 (talk) 23:33, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
