Section on Dan Pertando - Do we really need it here?

[edit]

Just curious, but considering that the article on Rogue Traders (TV series) has mention of this as well, I just wonder if the information on Allright's co-presenter should be on this article. I wonder if it should be here with a referal template to the other article.... GUtt01 (talk) 16:35, 5 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Who is correct 'BBC I guess'

[edit]

Look at BBC and will see below they say last episodes was S38 started 28th June 2017 ran until 2nd August 2017. The list here shows different you should explain the reason for this on the main page at the top. Also explain what happened to the previous presenters before useless M.Alright took over. Why they left not saying contract but the actual reasons. Since many presenters just don't leave at once without reason.

This does seem like a problem. While the tranmissions section lists 41 series in the table, the latest series to begin is referred to as "Series 39". Therefore, we need to find out which two series might be not suitable in that table, and for what reasons they shouldn't be in it, or whether the information should remain as is. Actually, the 32nd series between November to December 2012 was a spin-off series, and has since been removed from the table. The other series in question between 1986 and 1987 is questionable as part of this main series. As listed here --> 2 || 24 November 1986 || 15 May 1987 || 101 <-- this needs to be double checked as being an official series of the programme. GUtt01 (talk) 20:41, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Trainline

[edit]

People are getting scammed on this ticket trainline site. Booked a train ticket in advance from Liverpool lime st to Southampton central for 14th August 11:47 costing approximately £130 return. Receiving my confirmation and my seat reservations, I wanted to change the reserved seats which you can do on the confirmation email, however, when I tried to do this the response was to call customer service, which I did only to be told the train is no longer running and I can change to another. “Ok change it then with the same ONCE change over” I replied. This went on for sometime trying to find a similar train journey with minimal changes. Ended up finding one but customer service couldn’t transfer me onto that booking but said I can have a refund and can rebook for the train ticket? I asked how do I know if this train will not be cancelled? you don’t? I checked my invoice and they charged me £10 for the refund? I never cancelled it.. it wasn’t running.. but it is still scheduled on their site as running so how many people are getting scammed into paying £10 for a ticket that you can’t use because they said it’s not running? Paying for a phone call plus their incompetence. I hope not many traveler’s get caught out by their scam. Must be paying someone’s wage.
