Main space[edit]

@Brianhe: Thanks for creating this article. I was not familiar with this park. I hope you'll move this to the main space once you are comfortable doing so. ---Another Believer (Talk) 18:28, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It's not familiar even to many Seattleites, see [1], Atlas Obscura, and the Seattle Curiosities link I'm about to add. - Brianhe (talk) 18:34, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Map[edit]

Seattle downtown neighborhoods map

Is there a map of Seattle we can use, instead of one depicting the entire state? ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:04, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oddly there doesn't seem to be anything Seattle related at Category:United_States_location_map_templates. Dennis has created one-off maps before, though, for trails and stuff like The Pollinator Pathway. If you want to create a new map template (module), the instructions are here: Template:Location map/Creating a new map definition. I started to do it myself but found it a little intimidating. - Brianhe (talk) 22:49, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Tagishsimon: Could I trouble you for one more? Pretty please? ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:41, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The image to the right might be suitable for the module. - Brianhe (talk) 15:43, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Done. I've used OpenStreetMap rather than Brianhe's excellent suggestion, just 'cos that's what I normally do. I too find it a little stressful, in that I don't know exactly the significance of certain elements of the module thingie; but I seem to have got away with it so far. AB, please keep the requests coming - still v.happy to produce. --Tagishsimon (talk) 16:18, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Tagishsimon: Thank you so much! These are great! ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:58, 23 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
