It is awful, but in reality, I would estimate the number of biography articles without birth dates is extremely high-- often not just the fault of the editors, because many people prefer to be very secretive about personal data, and it's hard to find, esp. on line. Please do help if you can find sources for any articles missing dates of birth and death, and places of both as well. --Leahtwosaints (talk) 04:30, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Too bad about Bascomb[edit]

This guy really gets short shrift in this entry. At least someone has found his birthdate, but one highlight of his career, his work with Grace "La Vie en Rose" Jones, is not even mentioned! Everyone talks about Robbie Shakespeare, so there must have been something that keeps Bascomb in the shadows, no? GianniBGood (talk) 10:10, 11 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
