Hello all. I created this article because I found it to be notable and related to the topic of concealed carry of firearms, particularly with regard to "may-issue" policies which are common on the Eastern Seaboard and Midwest states. Currently there are only two references, but I think they're pretty good ones; a Baltimore news story on the topic, and the text of the actual decision (cited heavily).
