Tavanipupu is private resort island in the Solomon Islands. It is located off the southeast coast of Guadalcanal, between Towara'o Island and Marapa Island,[1] and is under the jurisdiction of Guadalcanal Province.[2] The island was visited by Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge in September 2012 where they were greeted by topless dancers.[3]
