Hello Everyone!
My name is Rex Smiley and I live in St. Joseph, Missouri. I live right in the middle of the Midwest part of the US and approximately 30 miles north of Kansas City. I grew up in rural Missouri so in my past I have been quite involved with agriculture and the outdoors. In my free time I enjoy almost any outdoor activity but some of my favorites include football, sand volleyball, softball, fishing and camping. I received my BS in Animal Science from Mizzou in 2003 and began working in animal agriculture upon graduation. I now work for a large Biological/Pharmaceutical company as a junior Development Scientist. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in the Johns Hopkins University AAP Master's program in Biotechnology.
