Membership list:

Vandalized! Ah the Vandals, now that's a Germanic Tribe I can relate too, ah poor Gelimer.. Ahem, anyways.

Great and Wise TharkunColl, I am Duke Shield-Dane, leader of the Order of TharkunColl. I have searched far and wide for valiant Warriors and Noble Knights to join me in my Crusade to Aid you in your efforts. We are not very wiki-savy, as these accounts are all our first and only ones, but we are certain that diligence and vigilance shall see us through where our experience is lacking.

I herby pledge my sword and shield to all your efforts, liege and swear an Oath to always push forth your views and ideals first.

My Abilities include: Knowing more Norse Mythology than Wikipedia, and being able to summon Fighters.

Long Live the Order of TharkunColl!ShieldDane (talk) 01:06, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

I am Knight Frostalf, I will aid you in your Crusade. I as well herby pledge my sword and shield to all your efforts, liege and swear an Oath to always push forth your views and ideals first. My ablities are: Chess and Computer Knowledge =)

Military conquest is still the most reliable method of expansion. Those who win the wars write the history books. Those who are dead or lose don't count anyway.

Welcome my brothers and sisters of the Order of TharkunColl! We have much to do to rid this realm of evil, and our work will be great, but our resolve is greater still! In loyalty, honour and trust we shall fight for truth and justice, slay our enemies and show no mercy to those who would oppose us. Forward! TharkunColl (talk) 14:30, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

My Liege, I have completed the Coat of Arms of our order, I posted a link to it on your Talk page, I shall post another here, as redundancy is closest to godliness, which is closest to TharkunCollness. [1] That should lead you to it, I tried to get across the message, theme and purpose of our order in it. Also I attempted to aid you in your Scotland Flag discussion, if there is anywhere where your help is needed even more - simply point the way! ShieldDane (talk) 21:22, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Well done, my loyal servant, I am greatly pleased with your work today in helping to defeat the forces of ignorance. I have uploaded your design for our Coat of Arms so that this may be a beacon for all who seek truth and light, and who would fight to achieve it. And I shall indeed point the way. It has been my goal for a time hence to unite two sundered articles into one, the List of English monarchs and the List of British monarchs. This is but the first step, trivial in itself, but symbolic of all that will come. Let us ring the bells and proclaim to all the new order, the Order of TharkunColl. TharkunColl (talk) 00:23, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Alright my liege I have been doing some thinking, and how does this line of reasoning sound? Since the Queen (and past kings) of england have also been the King/Queen of Canada/Australia and many other places, then following the line of reason of our enemies, there should be a separate list for each set of kings depending on the land that belongs to them? And since that of course is absurd, their push to keep the two different is also absurd..and we in? ShieldDane (talk) 02:50, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Yes Duke ShieldDane, your reasoning is sound. I have long been arguing that having separate lists for Canada, Australia etc. is absurd and redundant. A wholesale purging of the entire monarchy-related series of articles is long overdue, to remove the untruths placed in them by those with their own axes to grind. TharkunColl (talk) 08:42, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

The way they are doing it they might as well forget about what country the ruler actually governed and just do it by royal houses, that would certainly lay waste to most to any sense of order.. Why my liege, just the other day I needed to study for a History of England test I had, and wanted to brush up on the Kings of England, and when I was there I discovered much to my annoyance the page just ended at (i think) Richard the III, and I then had to go to a whole nother page to see who was next! I mean, to say the following monarchs are not Kings of England is like saying my History Class, "the History of England" should only cover up to creation of Great Britain, at which time apparently England ceased to exist, and instead the far better known States of North Britain and South Britain came into existence. Your quest is both noble, and honorable, as well as worthy of the disputes of any of our classical forefathers; while I am still getting used to the Wikipedia's system..I shall most certainly soon make my entrance upon the field of battle you have dictated, with as much force as I can possibly bring to bare against the Ignorance spewing mobs of conformity. By your leave I shall make such a howl that to deny me will become unimaginable. Just allow me a little time to prepare. ShieldDane (talk) 10:09, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Very well, Duke ShieldDane, you may take all the time you wish to prepare for battle. We shall need all the strength and resourcefulness we can muster for the upcoming campaign, and must not enter into it unready. TharkunColl (talk) 16:51, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

My Lord and Sovereign, I do not know why GoodDay is having such a hard time accepting we are legit. Perhaps he's jealous and/or Canadain. Either way I have an idea for your quest, first I need to consult some physical Encyclopedia's, but if I am right it should be enough to blow everyone else out of the water. ShieldDane (talk) 21:52, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

I shall look forward to hearing the fruits of your research, Duke ShieldDane. Incidentally, they also want to delete the Coat of Arms you created - the discussion is here Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion/2008 March 13 (scroll down towards the bottom). TharkunColl (talk) 11:39, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

And now they've gone and done it - User:east718 has deleted the Coat of Arms. TharkunColl (talk) 13:49, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

THOSE RAPSCALLION BASTARDS! How smug they are as they easily defend their own biased positions! This is exactly why the Order of TharkunColl was founded. And what the heck was with kid-wonder trying to get us banned? This place is dangerous and fraught with evil! They are even trying to delete the picture of Egil one-hand i posted! ShieldDane (talk) 15:24, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

They will attempt to destroy anything that doesn't fit into their narrow thinking - and for this reason we must be strong and steadfast in our fight for justice, truth and honour. I thank you, Duke ShieldDane, for your unswerving loyalty. Forward - we have much to do, and great deeds ahead of us! TharkunColl (talk) 18:29, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

Remember when they said I was a sock puppet, and then some how got us blocked, despite the fact that checkuser proved we weren't?..yeah that was gay... ShieldDane (talk) 02:22, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

They tried, and they failed. TharkunColl (talk) 16:56, 16 March 2008 (UTC)

Thark, what a howl!!! Is this page serious? LOL. Here's another "belly-burster" - Catherine de Burgh (Lady) ;~))))

Hey sorry you've not seen much of my my lord. Spring break this week, so I've not been on much. Mostly just to snub folks who like to bug me on my talk page...But I'll return with a great presence next week. ShieldDane (talk) 05:54, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

Very well, Lord ShieldDane. I shall look forward to it! TharkunColl (talk) 08:24, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

Dedicated to spreading truth, justice and freedom of speech? A worthy cause! I hereby also pledge my sword to the cause and swear my oath of allegiance to the values of the Order of TharkunColl. --Cameron (t|p|c) 16:19, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Welcome Cameron, to the noble Order of TharkunColl! Would you like to add your name to the list on my user page? TharkunColl (talk) 17:41, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

What a shame we don't have a coat of arms anymore. Otherwise I could have made a userbox! = ) --Cameron (t|p|c) 18:41, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Update: This is the best I can come up with. But it is really rather boring without an image! --Cameron (t|p|c) 18:45, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
That's pretty good. Perhaps we can design another coats of arms? TharkunColl (talk) 19:30, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
Don't look at me I'm image phobic on wikipedia! = ) --Cameron (t|p|c) 19:42, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
I'll see what I can come up with. TharkunColl (talk) 19:48, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Legion of Cheerleaders of Tharkie

[edit]

Dedicated to wearing nice little short skirts

Membership list:

Contrary to the shockingly sexist statement above, by our favourite bigot TharkunColl (cheer!), of course this august institution, the Legion of the Cheerleaders of Tharkie, exists for more than the wearing of short skirts. It exists for the applauding of any impressive edits and feats by TharkunColl. Think of it as an open source barnstar in a way. Also for promoting exercise and fitness amongst today's women, in an all too busy world.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of repressed homosexuals in this world who object to cheerleaders, there are also some evangelical Christians who are sure the wearing of short skirts (even for legitimate, sportswoman-like pursuits, with modesty-preserving gymknickers beneath, leads to damnation. They would prefer modest dress; (see also Modesty#Latter-day_Saint_.28Mormon.29_) or purda. I sense a theme here.

The Legion of the Cheerleaders of Tharkie are feminist when they feel like it, they just don't believe in 24/7 Political_correctness. special, random, Merkinsmum 00:12, 26 March 2008 (UTC)

It makes me really, really sad to know that there are some people in this world who object to cheerleaders. Keep up the good work - every twirl of the pompom and flash of the knickers is a clarion call for freedom. TharkunColl (talk) 08:41, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
