Pencoed Phoenix Rugby Football Club is a Welshrugby union team based in Pencoed. Phoenix is a female rugby team that was established in 2010.
Since then they have achieved great success going from occasional friendlies to competing in the Welsh Women's Rugby Development league, which they won without defeat, before moving onto the Welsh Women's 1st Division.
As well as a senior ladies rugby team Phoenix are also committed to establishing age group sides from under 18's to Under 15's.
