B.A.P. is a six-member South Korean boy band which debuted in 2012. The band is under TS Entertainment. The group consists of Bang Yong Guk, Himchan, Zelo, Young Jae, Jongup and DaeHyun. Prior to their debut, several members were already known by the general public through various activities. On January 28, 2012, they had an official debut showcase event.
Career[edit]
2011: Pre-debut[edit]
Prior to the B.A.P.'s debut, Yong Guk was featured on labelmate Song Jieun's song "Going Crazy". He then made his official solo debut on August 11, 2011 with the single "I Remember", featuring Yang Yo-seob of Beast. Himchan was an emcee for a music show program, MTV The Show. On December 2, 2011, members Zelo and Yong Guk debuted as a sub-unit of B.A.P., named Bang & Zelo.
