Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to The Weeknd and 2023 Odisha train collision, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. You not only removed the other user's signature, but also moved Keivan.f's comment, in which they said "This has to be discussed through WP:RM", which made it appear to make little sense (since you moved their comment to a formal RM discussion).
