? Huh[edit]

Why are you removing the Meher Baba templates from some pages? --nemonoman (talk) 04:21, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It was a complicated experiment. I'll put them back. AguireTS (talk) 15:20, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm glad of that. That's a nice little template.
PS I noticed a distinct absence of an Elizabeth Patterson article. Do you have the time and or resources to put one together?--nemonoman (talk) 20:44, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know anything about her facts. I don't know her birth or death date or birth place, parents or anything. I guess her father was Simion Chapin. I only know lore. I heard she was an ambulance driver in WWI, but have no idea of where or the details. I heard she was friends with Admiral Bird who discovered the North Pole. If you can find someone to supply some facts, I am happy to help with formatting. Also, I have never been able to locate the birth date of Shireen Irani. I find that strange. It is conspicuously missing from the article about her. 00:21, 5 February 2009 (UTC)

Template Changes[edit]

{{help}} Could someone help me? I made a change to a template, but it won't change in the pages it is on. See for example, bottom of 1969 Darshan. If you go there and then click on it you will see that the original is now shorter than how it appears on that page There must be some step I'm not doing. In order to make the template show up right, I have to delete it, save, then add it back and save.. AguireTS (talk) 16:55, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! It's probably just a caching issue: append ?action=purge to the URL of the pages that are lagging, ie: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1969_Darshan?action=purge - this will force it to display the latest version of the page and all templates on it :) Stwalkerstertalk ] 17:02, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much. This was very helpful. AguireTS (talk) 17:53, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Kendell Foster Crossen[edit]

The article Kendell Foster Crossen has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
