Some Wikipedia policies you should be aware of[edit]

WP:COI -- How to edit when you have a conflict of interest in regard to the subject of an article
WP:PROMO -- Wikipedia is not a promotional medium and should not be used as such
WP:COPYVIO -- Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously. Material from copyrighted sources cannot be cut-and-pasted into Wikipedia
WP:NPOV -- All material in Wikipedia must be written from a neutral point of view
WP:ROLE -- Wikipedia does not allow "role accounts" which are used by multiple people: one person, one account
WP:ORGNAME -- Wikipedia does not allow usernames that unambiguously represent the name of a company, group, institution or product
