Not constructive? Really? No wonder it is considered within the educational fraternity that referencing information on WiKi is not deemed reliable. Your theory is not considered reliable or real world :)
In Google search it is at the top and considered a featured snippet, type... "pascal triangle sql"
Or visit directly at...
