That's a good question, and it's a tricky one we deal with on a pretty regular basis. My usual rule of thumb is that I will block if it seems that one individual over a short period of time has failed to heed the warnings, and then the duration of the block is based upon the signal-to-noise ratio (productive contributions vs vandalism) coming from that IP as well as the number of previous blocks admins have had to levy. Peter Maffay[edit]

Hey, I added the {{tone}} tag because there are a few phrases which are informal or not quite NPOV, and the grammar in the whole article is a bit coarse. Stuff like:

"The career of Peter Maffay began in December 1969" (should be "Peter Maffay's career began in December 1969"
With the album "Steppenwolf" in 1979, Maffay quickly rose to the throne of German rock music." ("rose to the throne" isn't the appropriate tone- something better would be "to the top" or something like that)
"Besides his musical work, Peter Maffay is privately rather the opposite than one expects from a cool, hard rocker." (this reads like personal commentary)

It's not anything too major, but just lots of minor things that are probably the result of the translation. --Wafulz 19:46, 10 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dora[edit]

The poster of that comment had a talk with me (see the post on my page under Dora the Explorer) that he got it from a annual video for 2006 which I looked into and it does exist but I can't find here in the US but he lives in england so it might only be avalable there. I was very conserned too but His sorce does exist so if no one can find the tape a counter this we can't do anything about it. Even if this video is non-canon it still can be placed but if you want to find out more talk to DAAdshead on his talk page he's the one who added that info. it not me which your post kind of told me you thought it was me who posted or talk with me again.
