FYI... According to the article, he is dead. No need to add he is living in the talk page. Also, PERSONDATA goes in the article and not on the talk page. Bgwhite (talk) 07:30, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I was trying to remove the "living person" badge, but I'm new to this, and obviously I didn't do it correctly. Thanks for cleaning that up. bhritchie (talk) 15:16, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
We all make mistakes. Most of the time I see living=yes and the person is dead, I just move on. It was another mistake that is easily made. However, you undid my entry with a comment that he is alive. This made me think the article might be wrong or you made a brain fart. I assumed brain fart, but just in case I'll bug you about. Plus, I wanted to make mention of the persondata. I hope you have many more brain farts, which mean you keep on editing like the rest of us. Bgwhite (talk) 20:32, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I had recently removed "lliving=yes" because Sumner is, in fact, dead. Evidently I should have changed it to "no" instead of deleting it altogether, but, like I said, I'm new and it got rid of the offending banner, so I was satisfied. I'm confused about the rest of what you're saying, though. YOU put the "lliving=yes" back in, so I deleted it again with the edit description "not living," and added the persondata (in the wrong place) in hopes of making it clearer that he was indeed dead. If I'm still missing something, feel free to point it out, but anyway it seems to be in order now. And thanks for the welcome! bhritchie (talk) 20:58, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
