This photo was a gift to my mother by the subject. I cannot see names of portraitist. I called The university in Aberistwyth. They have no info for a credits reference .neither did his biographer, Elsa Davies Williams Ceebdough (talk) 20:11, 5 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
