Move request[edit]

I see your request to move User:ColoradoUK/Maxamed Maalimey into article space. I'm not sufficiently versed in the Notability guidelines for footballers, so I've asked someone else to take a look. If they cannot do so, I'll try someone else.--SPhilbrickT 19:39, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I checked with one of our expert on Notability of footballers, and he does not believe that Maxamed Maalimey qualifies. However, I'm vaguely aware that determining the notability of footballers can be controversial. On the assumption that you are interested in football, I suggest you check out Wikipedia:WikiProject Football. There's a list of members here. You might find someone in that list who could give you more detailed advice. (Click ton their name, then on the "discussion" or "talk: tab to leave them a message.
I will remove the request to move this article into article space. Other editors may feel differently, so if you disagree with my reasons, feel free to replace the move request template, and someone else may move it for you.--SPhilbrickT 19:57, 31 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
