You have violated wikipedia's three revert rule on Quadruple-double‎. Please use the talk page to discuss your changes, and do not engage in an edit war. Redrocket (talk) 04:30, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Additionally, further reverts in violation of 3RR may lead to your account being blocked. —C.Fred (talk) 04:36, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for violation of the three-revert rule. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. —C.Fred (talk) 04:51, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocks are preventative, not punitive. Given that your first four edits after the release of the block were to immediately return to the edit war and not attempt discussion, it appears that further blocking is in order. Given that the text that you are removing is supported by the cited source, it can also be viewed that your edits have entered the realm of disruption. Accordingly, a block is in order.

Another editor has raised concerns about sockpuppetry, and given the contributions of the alleged puppeteer and the edit history at Quadruple-double, it is more likely than not, in my judgment, that the concerns are valid. You are, of course, free to discuss your actions here and how you'd like to contribute positively and within guidelines from this point forward. However:

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for the reasons listed above. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.
