About the ICANN in Marrakech

Hi Dmendell, thank you for you message, I don't know if I can attend the ICANN meeting myself, but I have posted this information in the MarocIT mailing list, a forum with more than 1500 subscribers, maybe someone in Marrekech (I am in fact in Casablanca) will be interested. By the way I saw in your profile that you are in the call center business; I am thinking about creating something in this area, this business is really booming now in Morocco (in fact Morocco count for nearly 50% of French speaking offshore call centers positions in the world) the Spanish speaking call centers are also booming, as there is a sizeable spanish speaking population in the north of Morocco. --Khalid hassani

Hi Dmendell, Thanks for the message as well but unfortunately I have other engagements at that time and won't be able to make it to Morocco. Would have loved to. License tagging for Image:Dmendell.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Dmendell.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
