Welcome!

Hello, Elisa17, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, like Pri-Med, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for page creation, and may soon be deleted (if it hasn't already).

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Beeblebrox (talk) 20:48, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 16:40, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have asked the admin that deleted your article to restore the info. He has placed the info at User:Elisa17/Pri-Med. This allows you to work on the article without worrying about immediate deletion. Pri-Med and your contributions[edit]

Elisa, I declined your request to have Pri-Med unprotected because the article in your userspace still fails to qualify for inclusion. My rationale was "because the article is still written in a distinctly promotional tone, fails to provide required reliable sources for validation of the information and proof of the notability of the organization, and is clearly written by an editor with a conflict of interest and promotional agenda." I don't want to discourage you from contributing to Wikipedia, but per the conflict of interest guideline, "Do not edit Wikipedia to promote your own interests, or those of other individuals or of organizations, including employers, unless you are certain that the interests of Wikipedia remain paramount". You are clearly editing to promote Pri-Med and the Pri-Med Institute, as you have repeatedly recreated the articles and only concern yourself with the subject. If the organization is truly notable enough for inclusion, than another editor that does not have a conflict of interest and does not aim to promote will construct the article. I am going to delete the two articles in your userspace now, and if you have any questions, please let me know! Ioeth (talk contribs twinkle friendly) 20:49, 11 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
