The Ugly Truth About Database Normalization[edit]

Hello...don't know if you've tripped across the comment about us on [1], it was new to me. (I like to consider myself at the very least an atypical vociferous ignoramus.) I've never heard of this guy, and it wouldn't be worth mentioning...except if you've read up on him in the past you may be more qualified to voice an opinion in the notability debate on his wikipedia entry. Singular they[edit]

It was my impression that even Shakespeare used that they. What should one use if singular they is supposed to be substandard English? There's gotta be something better than generic 'he', and sie/zie/hie/etcetera aren't fun nor practical. As you probably gathered rather early in my rambling, I'm fond of using a gender neutral language when I can because not doing so often becomes too much of a hassle. 83.249.229.254 (talk) 18:28, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

JavaScript RegExp problem[edit]

I noticed you have experience in JavaScript. I'm hoping you can help me with a problem I've run into writing a userscript.

Please see my post at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject JavaScript#Nested RegExp.
