Dear administrator who blocked me I have no intention to name this username inappropiate since this is my username I used for a long time ago in every website I've suscribed, but after I've read Wikipedia's naming policy. I'm pretty sure you didn't mean any harm, but I hope you can see why a username that means "The systematic killing of an entire enthic group, nation, or political group" can be construed as inconducive to making an encyclopedia.
