Edits on Lebanese Druze[edit]

1. under the Lebanese political division (Parliament of Lebanon Seat Allocation) Lebanese Druze are considered Muslims mainly because of the Druze roots/evolution from Ismailism (within Islam). Here is the source about Parliament of Lebanon Seat Allocation: https://books.google.ca/books?id=wXO8AAAAQBAJ&pg=PA97&dq=Parliament+of+Lebanon+Seat&hl=en&sa=X&ei=XSZVVci7Icz3yQTZhIGYDQ&ved=0CBwQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=%22five%20Muslim%20sects%22&f=false
And the table of Parliament Seat Allocation (before and after Taif): https://books.google.ca/books?id=wXO8AAAAQBAJ&pg=PA97&dq=Parliament+of+Lebanon+Seat&hl=en&sa=X&ei=XSZVVci7Icz3yQTZhIGYDQ&ved=0CBwQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q=Parliament%20of%20Lebanon%20Seat&f=false
2. this cited sentence is coming actually from your own source to justify the "quasi-Muslim" nature of the Druze believes, which came as a result of the Druze roots/evolution from Ismailism (within Islam). Here is the source for the citation: http://www.druze.org.au/religion/ "fasting during the month of Ramadan and making a pilgrimage to Mecca. Thus, they are not regarded by Muslims as Islamic. Thus, they are not regarded by Muslims as Islamic" Hope I was clear this time.MaronitePride (talk) 22:52, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Some baklava for you! Thanks[edit]

Thank you for your Druze edits. I'm currently trying to learn more about Druzim after I met my (Israeli, Jesih) cousin's friend, which happens to be Druzi. 31415equalspi (talk) 14:33, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Druze[edit]

Assalamu aaleikum wa rehmatu llahu wa barakahu Hi my brother. I'm sorry i misstaked myself thus i was in the wrong page. We druze follow some philosophical subjects though we must regard them as infidels since socrates denied god's existence and alexanders belive in polytheism.

Anyway where do you come from? I also have some questions regarding our beliefs, and i would be happy if you would answer some and in return i may answer some of yout questions! 1. Do you regard us as muslims? If not then why are we called al muslimoon al muwahiddun 2. Do you regard al hakim bi amr illah as god incarnate? If yout answer is yes then why? Al hakim did reject it completely and from what i know from my studies we do not see him as god like many people think we do 3. Are we open minded in subjects such as evolution 4. I would also know what the druze see in subjects such as sexuality and abortion. Are contraceptives allowed? Thank you my brother!
