Hi, Harquantumwiki. I just came across the article you created for PotC 4. I wanted to draw your attention to a couple of things:

  1. When you create a page by copying and pasting content from another article, you must acknowledge the source article in your edit summary. This is to ensure that the people who contributed the content in the first place receive attribution: full details are at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.
  2. As you may have discovered, there was previously an article for this film at Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. This was merged by consensus into the main Pirates of the Caribbean (film series) article last September. Being unfamiliar with the history of the film, I don't know whether enough has changed to alter this consensus yet, so I have started a discussion about it at Talk:Pirates_of_the_Caribbean_(film_series)#On_Stranger_Tides:_revisited. You may want to join in the conversation there.

Just let me know if you have questions about any of this. Gonzonoir (talk) 14:49, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
