Thank you for contributing to Linux Mint[edit]

As a note, you can create complete web references using the following template: <ref>{{cite web|url= $url|title= $title|year= $year|accessdate= $currentdate}}</ref>. (The dollar signs are there solely to indicate variables, and should not be included when citing.) --Andrensath (talk) 13:37, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I'm quite new to editing on Wikipedia. I've added a lot of content and its missing a lot of references, so this tip will come handy. Honormuk (talk) 13:49, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. --Andrensath (talk) 13:55, 12 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Linux Mint timeline has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

not encyclopedic, no reliable third-party sources

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Yworo (talk) 21:53, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
